Over the past five years, our Neighbourhood has faced a number of development proposals. The Association's focus is to ensure that neighbours have input into changes in our neighbourhood.

North Delta was built upon the river by pioneers who came here to fish and farm. Families that have lived here since the 1800s and brought up generations of children, are still here because of the livability of our neighbourhoods.

The Environmental Assessment Office has posted six discussion papers plus additional reports and slightly modified route info and asked for public comment over the next 30 days - from April 20 to May 19, 2007.

Delsom lands
On February 8th, Council passed the bylaws necessary for the Delsom Lands Development and is now considering the first applications for subdivision, with construction beginning soon.
