Delsom Development Proposal - Neighbour Survey

Delsom Estates and Polygon Development plan to submit an amended Sunstone Ridge (Delsom Estates) proposal to Delta's planning department in the next few weeks.  The current owners want to rezone and sell the land, retaining and operating a commercial centre on the property.  The municipal planner insists the development include seniors' and "affordable housing".  The status quo is not an option.
